
Project: Interim ERP Automation for a Pan-European Reseller
The Challenge: A rapidly growing reseller was hampered by manual sales processes in its legacy ERP, forcing them to hire more staff just to keep up with order volume ahead of a future system migration.
Our Solution: We designed and delivered a flexible, hub-based automation solution to sit alongside their existing ERP. This tactical platform was built with extensible plug-ins, allowing it to automate critical processes immediately while being robust enough to support the business long-term.
The Result: The platform reduced the time to process 200 orders from a full day with four people to under two hours with two people. The solution was so successful it was later expanded to automate finance and e-commerce functions.
